Chargeback Policy
By purchasing Credits or services from CloudAI, you accept and agree to this Chargeback Policy.
If you believe a payment was made in error, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] beforeinitiating a chargeback via your bank or payment provider. We will review your query and respond within 15 business days from receipt of your request.
Chargebacks should only be initiated after you have attempted to resolve the issue directly with CloudAI Support.
A chargeback may be deemed invalid if any of the following conditions apply:
- The transaction was authorised by the account-holder.
- The purchased Credits or service access were used, delivered or otherwise made available as described.
- The dispute arises solely from a change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI-generated output, or misunderstanding of service features.
- No refund request was submitted through official CloudAI channels prior to filing the chargeback.
If a chargeback is filed without valid grounds:
- Your CloudAI account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
- Any remaining Credits in your account will be forfeited.
- CloudAI reserves the right to contest the chargeback and supply supporting documentation to the payment processor.
