2.2 Usage of Tips: Tips can only be used for content generation services provided on the Platform.
2.3 No Cash Value: Tips have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money or any other value outside of the Platform.
2.4 Account Closure: If a user decides to close their account, any remaining Tips will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
3. Company Closure
3.1 Notification: In the event that the Company decides to permanently close the Platform, users will be notified via email and/or an announcement on the Platform.
3.2 Grace Period: Users will be given a one-month (30 days) grace period from the date of the closure notification to use any remaining Tips. After this period, any unused Tips will be forfeited.
